All our classes are suitable for every level of fitness. Complete beginners welcome. Our classes help to stretch ,strengthen and melt tension. We are all about balance. We understand that on some days you will want to sweat (a lot!) and on others slow it down with a Yin class . Here is how each class style will challenge your body, refresh your mind and make you Roar!
