Cleanliness has always been a priority at Soul Tiger Yoga. The studio floor and surfaces are cleaned on a regular basic with hospital grade disinfectant. We are especially vigilant about disinfecting our studio during the recent spread COVID-19 and closely following the advice of NSW department of Health to ensure we are responding, appropriately in the best interests of our community.
With this in mind, we wanted to let you know exactly what we are doing in-studio to help keep us all as safe and healthy as possible.

WHAT WE’RE DOING:

1) Cleaning all surfaces with germicidal and bacterial disinfecting wipes.
2) Eliminating the usage of rental mats until further notice. Eliminating Bands and Weights in the Hot Pilates classes until further notice.
3) Working to increase the sanitation of our bathrooms and common areas throughout the day.
4) Using bleach germicidal and hospital grade anti-bacterial and anti-viral cleaners on all touchable surfaces, including but not limited to, the front desk, studio door handles, sink taps, water filters and toilet handles.
5) Using Hand Sanitisers repeatedly throughout the day as well as following all below precautions as suggested by Australian Gov.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

1. Please use Hand Sanitiser when you arrive at the studio.
2. Before entering the hot yoga, room wash your hands for 30 seconds.
3. Regardless of personal hygiene, please machine wash workout clothes after each use.
4. Make sure to cover your mouth/nose (e.g. inside bent elbow) when sneezing or coughing. Please discard any tissues immediately after use.
We ask everyone to continue to monitor their own health and should you become unwell we do ask you to not come to the studio until symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath) resolve.
If you are or have been travelling overseas, you should follow the advice regarding travel on the smartraveller website.
The #1 most effective way to strengthen your immune system is to reduce stress, which is the primary benefit of Bikram yoga! Thus, stay in your practice!

We wish you good health,

Katie and Martin
