Traditional Bikram Yoga challenges are meant to push your limits, physically, mentally and spiritually. Its designed (with a specific yoga sequence of daily classes) to strengthen and stretch your body in a holistic way, helping you feel lighter, stronger and more at ease.
Maintaining a regular Yoga practice is difficult for anyone, so our challenges are thoughtfully designed to provide an achievable, rewarding and deeply satisfying experience for you.
Depending on your health goals you can combine Inferno Hot Pilates Bikram Yoga, Power Vinyasa and Yin. 4 classes a week. 4 classes of your choice.

All you have to do is add your name to the challenge board at the studio, and have a valid yoga pass.
