Bikram Yoga

The original and the best hot yoga class on the planet! The Bikram method consists of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 Breathing exercises conducted in a hot room designed to provide a challenging and therapeutic yoga experience, that will literally change your life! During this 90-minute class, you will work every part of your body, mind and soul.

After the class you will notice increased energy, improved sleep, flexibility and newfound Bengal Tiger strength in all areas of your life! We recommend 2-3 classes a week.

Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT)

WARNING: Hot Pilates makes you leaner, stronger and fitter! Get ready for the new HIIT regime. Inferno Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class using Pilate’s principles. This mind blowing heated 1-hour class will work you hard without placing any stress on your joints. Led by upbeat instructors with music at a sweat-enhancing 37 degrees and designed for ALL fitness levels. Burn up to 500 calories in one session! For quick results try 3 or more classes every week.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga postures are held for longer allowing you time to go deeper. This  relaxing candle lit class will nurture your body and mind in ways you never imagined possible! Postures are held for five minutes or longer to allow plenty of time to melt through the surface layers of resistance, into a naturally relaxed and peaceful state of stillness within. This class is suitable for everyone. Kids 8 and over are very welcome!
