Mindful Movement Workshop Series

This NEW 4 Week Series will explore the connection between mind, body and breath. Spaces are limited, book today.

Sat 7 – 3:30 to 5pm: with Jolie – Vinyasa & Lower Body Chakras

In this class you can expect a dynamic and flowing yoga practice created to address the lower three energy channels. These movements are grounding postures, hip openers and core work. As a result, learn how to balance these chakras with breath work, visualisation exercises and an amazing, long and lovely savasana.

Sat 14 – 3:30 to 5pm: with Luci – Yin, Nidra and Live Sound Healing

In this session, we’ll use a variety of props to help you soften into long held poses and release the deep connective tissue. We’ll also explore the meridians, pranayama techniques and enjoy long, relaxing Yoga Nidra. Plus, experience the smooth sounds of our special guest Naiomi Lim who will be connecting you to sound healing journey during the practice.

Sat 21 – 3:30 to 5pm: with Jolie – Vinyasa & Upper Body Chakras

This practice will focus the upper channels of the body, where you will explore heart openers, creative sequencing and meditation through movement. You can expect and integrated and intelligent practice that will prepare you for backbending, supported headstands and a deep and restful savasana.

Sat 28 – 3:30 to 5pm: with Luci – Restorative & Meditation

Restorative Yoga is a slow practice that facilitates deep rest slowing down the breath, movement and mind. This helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, ‘our rest and digest’. During the healing practice we will use props to relax and soften into long held postures, gently opening up the body and release tension.
